Enhance your Tesla Model 3's door handles with 100% genuine carbon fiber covers. These are not polyurethane (PU) covered flat carbon fiber like competitors which can show the chrome handle underneath. These are molded carbon fiber, rounded to wrap around the edges of the door handle face. They will also match all other carbon fiber parts from Electric Speed Design. No ABS plastic or hydro-dipped "simulated" carbon fiber here!
Installation is simple using the 3M double-sided tape already placed on the underside of the caps:
- Peel off tape backing
- Place the covers over your door handle
- Ensure the handle can open and close without any rubbing. Reposition if necessary.
- Tape adhesive takes 24-36 hrs to fully cure
UV from the sun can cause carbon fiber epoxy to become yellow and/or cloudy. The best way to protect your exterior carbon fiber pieces is with a ceramic coating or UV protecting spray. For matte finish carbon fiber, please test your spray on a small area first.
